The Reformer Order Without the Reformer Workshop Pt. 2

Our first Reformer Order Without the Reformer Workshop was so successful, but we weren't able to get through the entire order! In this part 2, two-hour workshop, we will work on the last half of the Reformer Order on the mat using bands, weights, the wall, and balls. You will develop a deeper skill set and muscle awareness with each exercise as we approach it from different angles. If you are fearful of certain exercises on the reformer or are trying to progress to the next level, this workshop is for you!
