All of our teachers meet certain requirements before being hired. You can be sure they are well trained and highly qualified. The requirements for each of our teachers are as follows:

Qualified in a comprehensive (all pieces of Pilates apparatus), classically based, training program or acceptable equivalent.
Receive regular private lessons from SFP peers.
Attend Regular continuing education opportunities at SFP and elsewhere as approved by SFP.
5 - 10+ year teaching the classical method of Pilates.
Specialized training in the field of Pilates beyond initial comprehensive training.
Tutelage under several teachers in the Pilates field including master teachers, peers, and specialists.
Extensive understanding of the Pilates method.
