Auto Charge Monthly

By agreeing to this contract you are committed to being billed the same amount on the same day each month for a minimum of 3 months. Once the 3 month commitment has ended, you are free to end your contract with 30 days in advance written notice.

If you do not use your classes within the month, the classes will expire. They do not roll over to the next month.

The “month” is the date you sign up to the same date the following month. For example, if you start a contract on April 26, you will be billed again on May 26. You would have from April 26 – May 26 to use the classes.

If you are prompted to purchase another package before your charge date, this means that you have run out of your classes for the month.

*** Please do not agree to and purchase another contract before your set charge date. It will create another contract and you will end up being double charged.

The system does not allow you to sign up for classes at a future date (outside of the month you have purchased). You will be able to schedule your classes for the month on your charge date.

Two clients with one instructor, 55 minute sessions. Also note that we do not provide partners, clients must sign up with their own partner.

Annual Packages

This is an opportunity to lock in our lowest rate for classes for one year. Clients who purchase this package can schedule all of their classes ahead to ensure space in classes.

Annual 150 classes $3,600

Annual 250 classes $5,500

These classes expire one year from purchase. No exceptions. Annual packages can only be purchased through check or Zelle payment.

Policies

Please cancel within 24 hours to avoid a fee. This is strictly enforced as we do have a waitlist. No exceptions will be granted as we need to respect our instructors and others in your class.
Sessions must be paid for in advance online or on the day of your workout in person in the form of cash or credit card (MC or Visa). No checks accepted. All purchases final, no refunds will be granted.
Liability form must be completed before beginning workout, please complete online prior to your first class.
Please remove shoes and turn off phones upon entering studio.
Please wear comfortable, form fitting, easy to move in clothes.
We ask for punctuality to ensure the flow of our classes on the schedule. If you arrive late to your session, the session still ends at scheduled time.
It is at your instructor’s discretion whether you will be able to join a class when arriving late as it can be unsafe to miss your warm up.
