SFP Teacher Training Certification
This comprehensive program is led by Jennie Groom and the staff of Studio Flo Pilates. We pride ourselves in being the studio in San Diego where instructors come to learn. This program is for students wishing to become a comprehensively certified Pilates teacher and for previously certified instructors that wish to bridge to traditional Pilates. Please note: To be considered for the program, students must have completed at least 6 months of continuous classes and/or private lessons at SFP. While it is not a requirement to be proficient in the full advanced repertoire, it is important to have the understanding, strength, and endurance of the Pilates method in your body before entering the program.
