Pilates For Teens Clinic

Teens can benefit from Pilates exercises that specifically target posture, alignment, core strength, coordination, balance and flexibility if taught safely and with consideration of bone development. SFP teacher Brittany Taylor will lead this clinic to help teens gain awareness of their own body and understand its workings.

On the Order of the Pilates Reformer Exercises

Andrea Maida, Pilates teacher and blogger has put together this informative workshop based on her most viewed blog post. During this 4-hour workshop, we'll discover Joe's genius all over again as we hone in the order of the reformer exercises. We'll use the Double Leg Pull (Double Leg Stretch) to refine every exercise. One of Joe's many gifts to us is the original order of the reformer exercises. We will look at each series within his order and see how they build upon one another, enabling us to reinforce and perfect our two-way stretch.
